A post and beam home with extraordinary views - hundreds of acres of land and an abundance of natural light.

A post and beam barn nestled in the Berkshires, the upper floor living space takes advantage of exceptional views looking out at hundreds of acres of wildlife preserve. The proposed design looks enhance those views through extensive modification of the timber frame structure, and a 15 foot vaulted living space.

On the first floor, the existing utility space is transformed into a visitors suite. Large windows and bifold doors work together to create an experience that blends the indoor and outdoor experience together.
