An architectural intervention that utilizes preexisting details and structure to create a new and inviting space for a young family – a prime example of effective and thoughtful reuse.
Located at the back of a historic property, this 1900s carriage house has been given a new lease on life. The exterior features period siding and features custom garage and front door sets that emulate the quintessential carriage house facade.
Its new use includes a pool house first floor for entertaining and a second floor suite for living. The exposed beams and full height second floor are utilized to create a special space for a young family.
