The layout of the office is chronological from north to south, with ideas starting in the office, on to production, to recording and then live on air.

Designed to take advantage of early morning light - this building was planned as the new home of popular morning talk shows and syndicated broadcasts for Hamden, Hampshire and Franklin counties.

Long span trusses and a mono pitch roof create a welcoming and airy lobby - with on air personnel in full view of visitors. We used acoustic responsive techniques to break up hard surfaces and to allow for open air layouts - connecting the spaces for ease of use and long views throughout. Moody, deep tones in cream and brown remind visitors of the birth of the station in the 1970s.
